Caroline Chambers

Caroline has both a JD and IMBA from the University of South Carolina (including the Moore School of Business’ top-ranked IMBA program) and an undergraduate degree in technology.

Combining private and public sector legal experience, Fortune 500 work and consulting experience, and significant time advising, working in, and owning start-up companies she brings a lot of experience and insight to the table for each law firm, non-profit, and business that works with CSF.

Caroline’s personal companies have had strong on-going operations, rapid growth, and successful exits. CSF companies enjoy on-going success and growth or improved work-life balance for the owners (or both!).

Jenna Newstrom

Jenna has been in administration for 18+ years, providing support to small businesses in a variety of industries including life coaching, non-profits, fashion, event planning, law, healthcare, and pet nutrition. People often ask what she does and the answer really is: she does it all. She’s proud to provide innovative solutions that foster client satisfaction and business growth. Her ability to adapt communication styles, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality ensures seamless operations.

Kelly Chambers

Kelly Chambers is a versatile creative director with a passion for visual storytelling  across multiple mediums.  With a rich background in film and theater production for over 2 decades, as well as a career as a performing and teaching improvisor, Kelly brings a unique, collaborative approach to every project.  From conceptualizing bold narratives to leading creative teams, she specializes in blending innovation and artistic vision to craft memorable experiences.  

Having worked on a diverse range of productions, Kelly thrives in environments where creativity, adaptability, and collaboration are key.  She has overseen all aspects of project management from supervision and management of staff and subcontractors, creating and adhering to project schedules, and overseeing and managing large scale project budgets.  Whether producing and curating variety shows for theater, overseeing the costume departments of major motion pictures or TV Series, or leading workshops in applied improvisation, her work is defined by a commitment to authenticity, inclusive creativity and fostering continued curiosity and confidence in herself and others.  

Using her degrees in Ecology and Conservation and Visual Arts from Brown University and Improvisation and Immersive Theater from Second City Training Center, Kelly has a keen eye for detail and a passion for connecting audiences and sparking meaningful conversations.  Whether you are seeking to create an immersive cinematic world, update and bring a unique design to a retail space, or host a memorable live event, Kelly brings the experience, resources and vision to succeed.
